10-year vision
- what will/could be achievable in 10 years?
- a very crisp vision of where the topic should go in 10 years; ideally tailored to target groups (beneficiary: e.g. user/researcher, data center/infrastructure provider, funder/policy maker)
- impact of a successful solution
State of the art
- what is available today?
- discuss related areas of where the topic is relevant today and is being implemented
- also repeat the basic concepts that may appear obvious, as well as those that appeared obvious until today but will not be an element in the 10-year vision
Challenges and Recommendations
- how do we get from the "state of the art" to "the 10-year vision" ?
- a brief problem statement about what's missing, and wiki-references to specific recommendations
